Leadership

George Elder, Executive Producer
Over the course of his career, George has worked in every role of the production process. More than 30 years ago, he combined his passion for people and his love of filmmaking to create what is now Luminair Film Productions. George credits Luminair’s success to the unique atmosphere and leadership. But as the Luminair staff and George’s biggest fan, Scout the dog, would tell you, it’s Luminair’s dedicated, hardworking, compassionate owner that deserves the credit.

Jack O’Donnell Jr., President
A former attorney, Jack traded in his legal pads and life in Los Angeles for the more entertaining side of life at Luminair and VideYou in his hometown of Chicago. Jack attended the University of Illinois and received a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. An enthusiast, Jack loves all things horses and during his (very little) free time, also enjoys working out.

Jeremy Pinkwater, Director of Production
Jeremy has experience at all levels of production, from Project Greenlight and The Ice Harvest to Pepsi commercials. He’s worked with directors like Harold Ramis, Tony Kaye and Wayne Isham and talent like John Cusack, Billy Bob Thornton and Britney Spears. He even owned his own company, Tribe 13 Productions. Jeremy attended Ithaca College and Columbia College. A proud “Rejuvenille” Jeremy loves toys, comics and the Simpsons.

Kirstin Dorsch, Director of Sales and Marketing
Kirstin came to VideYou from the healthcare world. A former Marketing Manager at Florida’s fastest-growing urgent care company, Kirstin was also a reporter at the Jacksonville Business Journal, Atlanta Business Chronicle and BusinessWeek. She has a B.A. from Emory University in Journalism and Economics. A Florida transplant, Kirstin loves the beach and the Florida Gators. Particularly Tim Tebow.
